There are many options for the user interface that is used within the VirtuOz Virtual Agent Solution.Because the VirtuOz solution can extract information in real-time from other enterprise systems, some companies choose to maximize the use of this information by using it in a flash or other dynamic component. This helps to create an engaging rich user experience. Bring me there! The user interface also has the ability to bring up browser pages in a contextually-sensitive fashion to help facilitate a personalized experience for users. Do it for me!
