VirtuOz & Voyages-SNCF win " Le grand prix de l’Observatoire "

Léa, the VirtuOz Virtual Agent for Voyages-Sncf, has won “Le grand prix de l'Observatoire”. The prize recognizes the collaboration of a large scale company with an SMB. VirtuOz and Voyages-SNCF, the first French online travel agency, have been working together for over two years. They were awarded the prize based on the strength of their partnership and Léa’s outstanding success on the Voyages-SNCF website. VirtuOz in Lille for Le Congrès Net 2007

VirtuOz was invited by Digiport to Le Congrès Net 2007 in Lille, to take part in “Reality…Virtual Reality…The new debate”. During the seminar, a number of lectures were given to discuss the techniques, economics, legal issues and artistic concerns of virtual reality today. VirtuOz’s Béa - Best Technological Innovation

Each year, at the VAD expo, Les Cubes give a series of awards for direct sales and marketing innovations in e-commerce. This year, VirtuOz’s Béa, the Virtual Agent for Banque Accord received the award for Best Technological Innovation. Online since July 2007, Béa, the first virtual banking advisor in France, carries out 11,000 conversations a month. Having impressed Banque-Accord by successfully helping users to navigate the site, Béa has now been promoted and is capable of resolving customer issues by referring to specific user account information.

Chloé, adopted by Neuf

The success of VirtuOz’s Chloé on AOL has convinced Neuf, one of the Top 5 French telecoms companies, to adopt the VirtuOz solution on their main site. Online with AOL since autumn 2006, Chloé is a site-navigation and product advice Agent. She was quickly regarded as an exceptional addition to the site, and has been identified as playing a key part in the improvement of AOL’s customer satisfaction levels.

Three months after launching, VirtuOz’s Chloé is named a huge success by Neuf-AOL

After a trial period of 3 months, Neuf-AOL Assistance has announced that Chloé, technical assistant and administrative adviser for Neuf-AOL subscribers, is a great success. Chloé’s job is to identify the user’s issue and to direct them to the appropriate information or online account management tool. Chloé is currently handling 700,000 customer issues per month.

Voyages-SNCF promote Léa

Léa has made a phenomenal impact on Voyages-Sncf. Her virtual customer support has significantly decreased the number of customer emails going into the Voyages-SNCF customer service centre and as a result, she has been promoted. Online since November 2005, Léa allows users to find answers to their questions quickly and simply. Léa’s success with her initial customer service role has led to her being given even greater responsibilities. Léa is now able to handle queries about vacations, flights, car-rentals and more. She has also been made available to support users on every page of the site.

VirtuOz opens its capital to Galileo Partners to accelerate its development

Paris, November 2, 2005 - VirtuOz S.A., an innovative software provider of intelligent and multilingual conversational Agents, today announced that it has attracted EUR 1.6M (USD2M) in venture financing from Galileo Partners. The funds will be used to accelerate the development of the proprietary VirtuOz technology and to develop further initial commercial sales. SAGAX (Greenwich, CT, USA), an investment company and financial adviser to VirtuOz, also participated in the round. As a result of the transaction, Christophe Viet of Galileo Partners will be joining the Board of VirtuOz.
