VirtuOz Software Goes Live on eBay.com

Following the success of VirtuOz’s Louise on eBay France, the VirtuOz software has been implemented by eBay US. Available to all eBay.com users, the IDIA* currently has on average 40k conversations per day and has already significantly reduced queries going into the eBay customer service centers. VirtuOz agents Sarah, Louise and Léa go Live on PayPal

VirtuOz agents have been successfully implemented on 3 of the major PayPal sites, PayPal US, UK and France. Together, the agents are having, on average, 650K conversations per month with PayPal customers. The agents direct a huge number of queries away from the PayPal call centers, while still providing important information to their users.
