1. Research and development : VirtuOz technology has been under development in our labs since 2001. Our research and development team is comprised of specialized linguists, cognitive scientists and other technical experts from the world of artificial intelligence.
   Many languages are represented on our team, as each requires the development of lexicological data and specific syntax. The development of the Skaaz project has been a spectacular way to conduct large-scale experiments with revolutionary, new ideas in the fields of self-learning and behavioral emergence.
2. Operations : The Operations team works closely with our clients on a day-to-day basis. These experts manage projects and put our agents into action, in addition to providing assistance with specifications and implementation.
   Each agent is also closely followed on an ongoing basis. The Operations team helps clients adapt their agents as they evolve to handle innovative functionalities, new events and special missions.
3. Consulting and strategy : The consulting and strategy group works directly with our clients to define the agents' missions. The team's experience in the following areas provides impressive returns for clients' online sales and marketing efforts :
