Setting up an Agent

Setting up an Agent takes 3 easy steps.

  1. Mission assignment
    • Similar to the birth of a child, you will define your agent by completing a birth certificate. In addition to its name, you can choose its personality and whether or not he has sense of humor.
    • Next, you will define the mission. The agent will abide by existing FAQs and business processes already in place within your organization.
    • Finally, select the agent’s physical appearance: 3D animation, video, simple image, etc.
    • Using your selected specifications, the VirtuOz operations team will deliver your agent to its new online residence.
  2. Execution
    • The agent progresses either independently (self-taught) or with your help (assisted training).
    • Once initial training has been completed, you can adjust your agent in real-time from a secure extranet by reviewing its conversations.
    • The agent's performance is tracked in real-time on the secure extranet.
  3. Reporting
    • The agent supplies real-time statistics on the execution of its mission. If the agent performs a sales function, he indicates the most frequent objections to closing a deal. If the agent is in a customer service role, he will identify the most common questions or problems he encounters.
    • The agent issues alerts when he detects a sudden change in the person's behavior or reactions.
