Steve L. Adams

President and CEO

Steve is a seasoned technology executive with 20+ years of hands-on experience building and leading technology companies. His executive leadership spans large and small fast-growth companies. As president and CEO of VirtuOz, he is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. Steve has deep expertise in managing early stage enterprise software companies through aggressive growth phases to successful outcomes. Prior to joining VirtuOz, he served as president and CEO at Sabrix where he expanded the footprint of the company into global enterprises as well as the SMB marketplace, resulting in acquisition by Thomson Reuters. Steve also served as CEO at Uniscape and was responsible for worldwide marketing at Novell and Citrix. Steve has a M.A. and a Ph.D. from Florida State University.

Eric W. Anderson

SVP, Worldwide Sales

Eric is an accomplished sales executive with 17+ years experience in building and growing global sales operations for SaaS, eCommerce, and Internet companies. As SVP, Worldwide Sales, he drives global sales operations in both the EU and the US for VirtuOz. He brings a proven track record of driving early stage and public company sales performance and expansion into broader global markets. Prior to VirtuOz, he served most recently as VP, Worldwide Sales for RainMaker Systems (RMKR), where he more than doubled revenue growth and also held executive roles in client relations and services, operating as a key contributor to the company’s IPO. Previously, he was VP, Sales for Encover and also held a variety of sales roles at UniDirect. Eric has a B.A. in Business Management from San Jose State University.

Karen S. Camp

Chief Financial Officer

Karen is a proven financial executive with 25 years experience building global financial and operations processes for high growth technology companies. As Chief Financial Officer, she applies her business and financial acumen, as well as her experience in corporate development, to scaling VirtuOz’ business and driving operational efficiencies. Karen brings a successful record of helping to grow companies to a strategic and successful exit. Most recently, Karen served as the CFO for Dorado Corporation, a provider of SaaS enterprise lending solution, where she was instrumental in the successful acquisition of the company, as well as Yodlee, a provider of SaaS on-line/mobile banking and payment solution. Previously, she also served as CFO for a host of technology companies including Banyan Systems, Chartwell Home Therapies and Markem Corporation. Karen was also an executive at lead venture firms including Internet Capital Group and Palmer Partners. Karen has a B.A. from Smith College and a M.A. from Middlebury College/le Sorbonne.

Pamela J. Kostka

Chief Marketing Officer

Pamela is a proven marketing executive with 19+ years of experience in defining and executing successful product strategies and go-to-market plans for SaaS and enterprise software companies. As CMO of VirtuOz, she oversees all product management, product marketing, field marketing and partner development activities for the company. Pamela has an established track record growing early stage companies to a successful exit strategy. Prior to VirtuOz, she served as SVP, Marketing and Managed Tax Service Sales for Sabrix where she was instrumental in defining and launching the SaaS offering as well as driving over 300% bookings growth in 2 years. Prior to Sabrix, she served as VP, Marketing for Arena Solutions and CEO and founder of Visiline. She also held senior marketing positions with Extensity and Connect where she was a key contributor to successful IPOs for both companies. Pamela has a B.A. in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Alexandre Lebrun

Co-Founder and Vice President of Advanced Technology

Alexandre wrote the first algorithms that gave birth to today’s VirtuOz Intelligent Virtual Agents. Prior to VirtuOz, Alexandre led Product Management at KDS, a leading venture-backed European SaaS provider of travel and expense management solutions. Prior to KDS, Alexandre worked at France Telecom in China, conducting technical due diligence on M&A transactions. He is also a non-executive shareholder of Asiance, an interactive marketing agency he co-founded in Korea in 2001. Alexandre Lebrun holds a M.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique and a M.S.E.E from Telecom Paris (ENST). He also holds a degree in Chinese Language and Culture from INALCO University in Paris.

Mark K. Oney

SVP, Product Operations

Mark is a successful engineering and operations executive with 20+ years of experience in delivering high quality, market-defining products and services to market for a wide range of technology companies. As SVP of Product Operations, he oversees the engineering, linguistics, hosted operations, and managed services functions. Mark has a strong history of helping to lead growth stage technology companies to a successful exit strategy. Prior to VirtuOz, Mark served in a range of executive management roles, including Engineering, Services, Product Management, and Support. Most recently, he led Sabrix’s development and delivery of a SaaS-based offering that resulted in over 300% bookings growth in its first 2 years. Prior to that, Mark served as SVP of Engineering at several start-ups, including Evant, Extensity, Crag Technologies, and Ridge Technologies, all resulting in successful liquidity events, returning shareholder value. As an Apple alumni and Director of Software Development, he contributed to a resurgence of their PowerBook business. Mark has a B.S.E.E. from R.I.T.

Greg Carver

SVP, Global Services

Greg Carver has over 20 years of sales and operations experience in the managed services industry. Mr. Carver joined VirtuOz in January 2012 and is responsible for all customer facing operations, IT, and hosted services.  Prior to joining VirtuOz, Mr. Carver served as Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at MegaPath Inc.  At MegaPath, Mr. Carver played an instrumental role in growing MegaPath into one of the nations' largest Managed Services Providers.  Prior to MegaPath, Mr. Carver served as SVP Operations at GoRemote, and continued running global operations at iPass who acquired GoRemote in February 2006. Before joining GoRemote, he held positions as COO & General Manager of MercedNet, Inc., a private wireless facilities-based competitive local exchange carrier; Executive Director of Operations for BroadBand Office, a private voice, data. and applications based networking company; Vice President Operations and Executive Director Operations, Strategic National Accounts at Williams Communications Group, a national network services and complex voice and data enterprise solutions company, as well as various engineering and operations positions at Nortel Networks.  Mr. Carver attended Western Washington University and holds a telecommunications degree from Clover Park College of Washington State.
