Steve L. Adams

President and CEO, VirtuOz

Steve is a seasoned technology executive with 20+ years of hands-on experience building and leading technology companies. His executive leadership spans large and small fast-growth companies. As president and CEO of VirtuOz, he is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the company. Steve has deep expertise in managing early stage enterprise software companies through aggressive growth phases to successful outcomes. Prior to joining VirtuOz, he served as president and CEO at Sabrix where he expanded the footprint of the company into global enterprises as well as the SMB marketplace, resulting in acquisition by Thomson Reuters. Steve also served as CEO at Uniscape and was responsible for worldwide marketing at Novell and Citrix. Steve has a M.A. and a Ph.D. from Florida State University.

François Duliège

Partner, Galileo Partners

François Duliège began his career with Computervision where he was appointed Vice-President Worldwide PC Business Unit, based in San Diego, USA. He then served as Vice-President and General Manager EMEA for UB Networks and as President of Operations at Nat Systems. Prior to joining Galileo Partners, he was Founder of Net4Music, which went public in October 2000 (NASDAQ). François graduated from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) and holds an MBA from the CESMA.

Jonathan Feiber

Managing Partner, Mohr Davidow Ventures

A Managing Partner at Mohr, Davidow Ventures, Jonathan Feiber has over 11 years of experience investing in networking and computing systems companies, specializing in emerging technologies that define new categories. Jon launched his career at Amdahl where he served as a senior engineer. He joined Sun Microsystems in 1983 where he worked in managerial positions overseeing product development and strategy in the areas of software development, software engineering technologies and networking. When he left Sun to join MDV in 1991 he was Sun's vice president of networking. Jon holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics and astro-physics from the University of Colorado.

Eric Hahn

Founding Partner, Inventures Group

Eric Hahn is the founding partner of the Inventures Group, a leading "mentor investment'' firm based in Palo Alto, California. At Inventures, Mr. Hahn has served as a Director and has been actively involved with companies including Kana, Red Hat, LoudCloud, Good Technology, and RemarQ. Previously, Mr. Hahn served as the CTO for Netscape Communications, Inc. and was a member of the company's Executive Committee. In addition, Mr. Hahn was the founder and CEO of Collabra Software, Inc., a leading groupware provider that was acquired by Netscape in 1995. Prior to Collabra, Mr. Hahn ran the cc:Mail division of Lotus Development Corporation. Mr. Hahn began his career at Bolt, Beranek and Newman, where he worked on the ARPAnet, the precursor to the Internet. Mr. Hahn holds a B.S. degree and an honorary Ph.D. in computer science from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Alexandre Lebrun

Co-Founder and Vice President of Advanced Technology, VirtuOz

Leading the VirtuOz product vision since 2002, Alexandre wrote the first algorithms that gave birth to today’s VirtuOz Virtual Agents. Prior to VirtuOz, Alexandre was Head of Product Management at KDS, a leading venture-backed European SaaS provider of travel and expense management solutions. Prior to KDS, Alexandre worked at France Telecom in China where he successfully handled technical due diligence on M&A transactions. He is also a non-executive shareholder of Asiance, an interactive marketing agency he co-founded in Korea in 2001. Alexandre Lebrun holds a M.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique, and a MSEE from Telecom Paris (ENST). He also holds a degree in Chinese Language and Culture from INALCO University in Paris.

Karen Richardson

Adviser, Silver Lake Partners

Board Member, Stanford Technology Venture Program

Karen brings over 20 years of experience to the VirtuOz board as a key player in several well-known and highly successful technology companies. Karen is an adviser to Silver Lake Partners, a $16 billion private equity investment firm. She is Chairman of the Board for Hi5, one of the world’s largest and fastest growing social networking sites, and also serves on the advisory board of the Stanford Technology Venture Program.

Prior to VirtuOz, Richardson was CEO of Epiphany, a leading provider of marketing analytics and web personalization. She also held senior sales positions at Netscape, during which the company's sales grew from $80 million to over $500 million annually. Prior to her position at Netscape, Karen was VP of Worldwide Sales at Collabra Software, Inc.; worked for four years with Lotus Development Corporation in a variety of sales and marketing roles as well as at cc:Mail, and 3Com Corporation.

Karen holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and award distinctions from the Stanford Industrial Engineering Department and the American Institute of Industrial Engineers (AIIE).
