Responsibilities

Reporting to the Customer Success Manager he/she will be responsible for:

  • Creating and updating the Agent knowledge data base & linguistic.
  •  
  • Acting as a principal contact for client content.
  •  
  • Providing quality content management.
  •  
  • Organizing Agent training and improvements.
  •  
  • Reading Human/Agent conversations and making proposals for the Agent behavior and answers.

Requirements

  • University graduate with 0-3 years work experience.
  •  
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  •  
  • Proven ability to learn quickly.
  •  
  • Self starter. Organizational, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  •  
  • Technical ability: comfortable working with multiple desktop applications and able to quickly learn in-house software.
  •  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Would be a plus

  • Computer minded.
  •  
  • Previous customer support experience.
  •  
  • Previous experience in content management.
  •  
  • French, Spanish or other foreign language.
